Description

We are seeking an EU Project Consultant to join our new EU projects team. Successful candidates will work closely with Governments, Enterprises, Social Partners, Universities, Educational Organisations, NGOs, Foundations, and others. He/she will provide expert guidance, develop comprehensive solutions, and communicate results to stakeholders and target groups.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and oversee the entire project lifecycle, ensuring timely delivery of project milestones and objectives.
• Develop comprehensive project plans, following preset budgets and risk assessment practices.
• Execute project activities following EU guidelines and regulations, as well as guidelines by project partners.
• Conduct research (quantitative and qualitative) to gather and analyse data on the projects’ subjects.
• Develop and implement effective strategies for disseminating project results to diverse audiences, utilising various communication channels to maximise the impact of project outcomes.
• Foster strong relationships with project stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
• Engage with target groups to gather insights and feedback for continuous improvement.
• Plan, coordinate, and organise project-related meetings, workshops, and events, and/or participate in those of project partners.
• Contribute to project progress reporting as foreseen by applicable EU rules and company practices.
• Contribute in business and new project proposals’ development.

Requirements:

• Experience in managing EU-funded projects.
• Strong organisational and analytic skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders and target groups.
• Knowledge of EU regulations and procedures related to project management.
• Proficiency in English; additional EU language(s) is a plus.
• Self-driven, able to work independently after guidance
