Mr. Chatziris is a graduate of Business Administration and Management from Athens University of Economics & Business, holding a Master’s degree in Entrepreneurship and New Business Venturing from Rotterdam School of Management. Mr. Chatziris has over 10 years of professional experience in advisory services, successfully carrying out highly demanding projects for leading organizations both in the private and in the public sector. In the past, Mr. Chatziris held the positions of Project Manager or Director at different consulting firms, while he has also served as Special Advisor to the Greek Government; Ministry of Education and Ministry of Development & Competitiveness. He is currently the Principal & General Director of Headway Economic Consultants SA.

Through his experience, for over 16 years in the telecoms industry, serving at different positions at top brand Telecom Companies, such as Attica Telecom SA, Hellas OnLine SA and Vodafone Greece, he has obtained significant experience in ICT Consulting services -including Auditing, Expense Management, Telecom RFPs, Contract Negotiation and Business Planning.

His engineering background plays an important role to understand the technical needs of every customer/project easier and along with the -built through the years- customer centricity provide strong relationships with leading organizations in private and public sector.

He has over 10 years of experience as Columnist, Blogger in numerous well-known websites in Greece and abroad such as Euronews.com, SocialEurope.eu, Huffingtonpost.gr, Protagon.gr, and more than 6 years of experience working with European and National projects. At Headway Economic Consultants SA, he is working as Consultant in National Projects.  He speaks Greek (native speaker), fluent English and basic level in French.

Ms Ariadni MATRAKA is an experienced and highly skilled Consultant with a track record of almost 7 years of designing, implementing and managing European and National funded projects (Erasmus+, European Solidarity Corps, REC, Europe for Citizens).  She is specialized in the fields of education, volunteerism and youthwork. Throughout these years, she has been trained and train others in non-formal education methods and she has coordinated and facilitated more than 200 seminars and training courses for local groups of adults and adolescents on topics such as youth policies, leadership, intercultural dialogue, European values, NEET and No Hate Speech.
She holds a BSc in Modern Greek Language and Literature from the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens and a MSc in Linguistics from the Open University of Cyprus. Currently, she is finishing her second MSc in International and European Policies on Education, Training and Research from University of Piraeus.
She is a native Greek speaker, fluent in English and has a basic knowledge of Spanish.
