Public Sector Consultant

We are looking for an enthusiastic and well-experienced professional to join our Public Sector Consulting team. The ideal candidate will bring extensive expertise in content development undertaking tasks such as preparing of deliverables for public sector projects, conducting studies, with a strong emphasis on drafting technical proposals and reports. Familiarity with ESPA and other co-funded programs is essential.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead the preparation and drafting of high-quality deliverables and reports, tailored to the specific needs of public sector projects
  • Lead the proposal development and the application process for public tenders, open calls and other bids, ensuring adherence to relevant legislative frameworks (e.g., L.4412).
  • Ensure all outputs, including technical bids, studies, and reports, align with the requirements of funding frameworks such as ESPA and RRF
  • Conduct in-depth research and analysis of policies, leveraging qualitative and quantitative data to provide evidence-based recommendations and insights
  • Collaborate with stakeholders, including government officials and state agencies, to ensure the successful delivery of project content and compliance with objectives
  • Monitor the implementation and evaluation of funded projects, identifying challenges and proposing corrective actions to achieve project milestones
  • Contribute to the development of administrative process re-engineering, institutional reforms, and business or financial planning for public sector entities
  • Create detailed presentations, policy briefs, and other documentation to effectively communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders

KEY REQUIREMENTS/QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in fields such as Public Policy, Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, or related disciplines
  • At least 5 years of proven experience in in preparing studies, technical proposals, and deliverables for public sector projects
  • Strong familiarity with ESPA, RRF, and other co-funded program frameworks, including the ability to align deliverables with their requirements
  • Exceptional writing and content development skills, with demonstrated experience in producing clear, concise, and impactful reports and technical documents
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Greek and English
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and relevant project management tools
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet tight deadlines, and maintain attention to detail
